Who makes the products?
All of our products are handmade by Nia Wilson, the Owner/CEO of The Natural Elixir. They are formulated using non-toxic, clean ingredients.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer refunds or returns at this time simply because of the nature of the products. However, please feel free to contact thenaturalelixir@gmail.com with any questions or concerns you may have, and we will provide you with assistance.
What is the fastest way to get in contact with The Natural Elixir?
The quickest way to get in contact with The Natural Elixir is via email (thenaturalelixir@gmail.com). You can also put in your information in the Contact page, and we will try to address your questions/concerns as quickly as possible.
The product that I want is out of stock. How will I know when it will be back in stock?
An email will be sent out to notify you when the product is back in stock. I will also post on my social media accounts when products will be available again. Please make sure you follow us on social media on Instagram @thenaturalelixir. Sign up to be apart of our email list so you won't miss out on any new updates.
How do I check my order status?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully received. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This will include the tracking number for your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. We hope to ship to other countries in the near future. For right now, we ship exclusively in the United States.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
Processing times can range between 3-7 business days. Shipping times are between 2-5 business days. Packages are not shipped out on weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that certain packages may take a little longer to ship due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
